The full process step by step

Step 1: Download the MobiGas customer app from Google Play Store

Step 2: Register with your National ID, phone number, and two guarantors

Step 3: Apply for credit — partner bank runs instant CRB check and sets your limit

Step 4: Browse verified vendors near you and select your cylinder size

Step 5: Place your order — no cash needed, the bank covers it

Step 6: Track your vendor live on the map as they deliver to you

Step 7: Give your 4-digit PIN to the vendor on arrival to confirm delivery

Step 8: Bank pays the vendor instantly via M-Pesa

Step 9: You repay the bank directly via M-Pesa within 30 days
